REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS
A Reformer Pilates class that is beginner friendly.
Learn the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates with a slow paced class. Flow through each move and get comfortable and confident with the Reformer machine. Each move is explained in detail and extra love and care if given in these classes!
For those new to Reformer Pilates, those who simply want to re-visit the basics of Reformer or just slow it down a little.
Open to all levels.
REFORMER PILATES
This class style primarily focuses on toning and aligning the body, working on our posture, balance, stability and mobility all while having fun with our movement.
This class will help you build your core strength and tone the body, a staple for your Reformer Pilates practice.
Flow through each movement and embrace the Pilates burn, our signature classes are a great challenge for all levels.
We suggest that you attend our Beginner Friendly Class if you have never done Reformer before attending this class, to get a grasp on the Reformer Pilates equipment.

BABY FRIENDLY CLASSES
This class allows you to bring your bub to class so you can still get your workout in post-pregnancy.
Please only bring along little ones that have not learnt how to walk just yet, all bub’s must be in a pram, on a small play mat or in your arms for the duration of class, the space in the studio for prams is limited so please be mindful of this.
This class is not only for the mum’s, if the time suits you and you don’t have a little one, you can still attend this class. Each exercise will be tailored to suit you whether you are post-natal or not!

PRIVATE SESSION
A 45 minute private session that will be customised to you. Work one-on-one with Taylor to reach your specific goals in a private setting. Great for those they may not be suitable in a group setting, those who may be recovering from an injury or those who simply want a personal experience to help elevate their Reformer Pilates practice.
Our sessions are priced at $70 a session for our opening pricing. The session will be 45 minutes long, the time must be organised with Taylor in advance. You will also have Taylor's guidance after leaving the studio, you can reach out via email to have a chat about your wellness journey throughout the week and regular check ins will be made to make sure your goals are being maintained after leaving your session.
